This tool converts a dose already selected by the prescriber into equivalent Topi-Click concentration and quantity options. It does not select a dose or establish clinical appropriateness. Results use strengths rounded to two decimal places. The prescriber and pharmacist must verify the formula, dose delivered, route, patient-specific risks, and compounding feasibility before use. A combined API concentration above 30% is not presented as an available option.
